Cancellation policy
NEW We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 3 to 6 days of the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or safety concerns, all registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.
